FAQ - DELIVERY
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service team ASAP on drevmswimwear@gmail.com and we will try our best to cancel your order before shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been dispatched, you will be sent your tracking details via the email you ordered with.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
Which carrier do you use?
- SA orders: Primetime Express
- International orders: We use various carriers based on the location you want your order shipped to. You will be given a selection of carriers at checkout. We offer express shipping as well as standard international shipping.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes.
What if I receive a faulty item / wrong order?
Please contact us on drevmswimwear@gmail.com and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
What if I don’t receive my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number we email you upon shipment. If your carrier was unable to deliver your parcel, you should receive a delivery note with further instructions – Alternatively, there may be a delay with customs. If you need help with your shipment status, please email us on aimonestar27@icloud.com so we can try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

DREVM is rooted in Southern California beach culture, blending laid-back coastal vibes with a mission for sustainability.
We focus on using sustainable, recycled Italian fabrics, with each piece ethically handmade in Bali, Indonesia. We partner with a manufacturer dedicated to cleaning up our oceans and building a better future for women and local communities.
For every bikini we order, our manufacturer donates proceeds to grassroots organisations that support environmental protection, women's access to education, and aid for those in need. They’ve also implemented hiring and business practices that elevate industry standards, particularly for women’s health, income, and empowerment.
Our vision is zero waste to the oceans and sustainable businesses that support coastal communities. We also offer paper hygiene liners instead of plastic, and our packaging is 100% biodegradable.
OUR FABRICS
We use revolutionary materials that's kinder to the planet.
Econyl® - The Econyl® fiber supports the removal of marine debris from our ocean and is made from regenerated waste including ocean plastics, nylon scraps, and ghost fishing nets. This yarn is then used to create the luxurious, soft and durable fabric we use to make most of our swimwear. Learn more about the process here.
Recycled Polyamide - Depending on the design, we either use Econyl® to line the item or where appropriate, a lighter weight material that is made from 90% recycled polyamide. This produces significantly less carbon emissions than virgin polyamide during the production process. It also helps to divert waste from landfills and keep it out of our seas.
